One of the challenges I see small businesses struggle with is not having a clear goal.

If you do not have a target, guess what? You are going to waste time, money, resources and your brand is going to struggle.

Here are few goals to think about for your Instagram strategy:

βœ… Increase sales by X

βœ… Build brand awareness

βœ… Boost customer engagement

2. Profile Essentials

You don't leave your house without your wallet, keys and cell phone. Your Instagram profile has a few basic elements too.

βœ… Business name/ category

βœ… Profile picture

βœ… Contact info (phone, email, physical address (if necessary))

Make sure your business name is easy to search and your logo is recognizable.

3. Enhance your bio

What's the first thing your customer's see? Is it eye catching or boring AF?

Your bio lets your customers know who you are and what you do.

Make sure to include:

βœ… Announcements, promos or upcoming launches

4. Bio link

Where do you want your customer's to go next? Your landing page? See your new product line? New offer? Be intentional with your bio link.

Well let's use it for your small business too.
