The Persian poet, Rumi, is quoted as saying: 

There is nothing outside of yourself, look within. Everything you want is there. You are That.

You might say:

✅ Cool quote, but I need to drive sales.  

✅ What does this have to do with marketing? 

✅ Are you high? 

All valid responses ( FYI, I don't smoke). 

But the quote has everything to do with marketing. 

Which leads us to today's message. 

Client Focus 👩🏻 🧑🏼‍✈️👨🏽‍🦳

One of the struggles I see time and time again is that small business are putting the majority of their efforts towards new business and limited time with existing customers. 

Flip it. 

Focus on your customers. 

Rumi says," ...look within..." 

Try this: 

✅ Make a list of your customers 

✅ What are their personas? 

✅ Who has purchased in last 30, 60, 90 days, etc? 

✅ What has each persona purchased? 

✅ Get very specific with your filters. 

✅ Send an offer to each group today!

Hi Billy, 

Are you holiday shopping already?   

We appreciate your business this year and wanted to extend a buy one, get one 50% to you!
