Let's take a 👀 the ways to get peoples' attention 📣

Write down your plan which should include:
Email topic, Owner (who's writing it), Subject, email list name, cadence and metrics.
➡️ Desired outcome.
Why are you sending the email?
New product, Staying top of mind, New Offer?
Get specific.
➡️ Target.
My doctor's office always emails me about my next mammogram. 🤦🏼♂️
I'm not sure what they are trying to tell me, but it's so annoying!
Make sure you include the right people in the right lists.
➡️ Timeline.
What kind of campaign are you running?
Week. Month. Quarterly. Seasonal. Annually.
Define the timeline and stick to it.
➡️ Email cadence.
How many emails are you sending?
How often?
Why?
Put yourself in the recipient's position.
➡️ Subject line
If you remember one thing from this email, remember this:
NO CAPS.
Do not write: GARY, ARE YOU READY FOR COMBAT?
Make the subject lines personalized, value driven and create curiosity 🤔
➡️ Content.
Meet them where they are at in the buying process.
Make the content specific to them so they find it valuable. 💰
➡️ Clear Call to Action (CTA)
Keep it simple and don't give them many options.
Example:
Click here to get an additional 15% off your order.
Sign up today and receive 20% off your first order
Simple scales and complexity fails.

Please remember to test and make sure it works on all your devices before you send out.
➡️ Review metrics.
