First thing to remember is to check your ego at the door.

The truth might hurt, but it will help with your growth.

Here are 7 ways to ask for feedback:

  1. Send an email

    Simple. Email your customers.

    Example

    ➡️ On a scale of 1-10, how was your experience

  2. Show me the survey

    Create a survey. Keep it simple. Try using SurveyMonkey

    Example

    ➡️ On a scale of 1-10, how would your rate your experience?

  3. Use paper

    Have a store? At an event? Ask them to write a number 1-10

    Example Piece of paper. 📄 Pen.🖊

    ➡️ Please rate your experience 1-10

  4. Face to Face

    Example

    ➡️ How’d we do today?

  5. Social Media

    Post a chat. Engage with your customers.

    Example

    ➡️ How can we make it a better experience?

  6. Incentives for Feedback

    I’m not a fan of giving incentives for feedback, but maybe you like it.

    Example

    ➡️ Please answer few questions for a 25% discount on…

  7. Post Purchase Feedback

    Amazon does this very well. Why not copy it?

I encourage you to try one of these today. Not tomorrow, not next week, today.
