Great music and it always gets the crowd on their feet.

However, there is another journey that is very important; your customers'.

Which leads me to today's marketing nugget.

Customer Journey Map 🗺

Every customer is different and will have a unique experience buying from you.

You will need to create a Customer Journey Map

Once you have collected enough data from your customers you should sit down and outline the Customer's Journey.

Key Points

  1. The Buying Process - What path do you want the customer to take? Block out stages.

  2. User Actions - What action does the customer do in each stage?

  3. Emotions - What emotions do you think the customer will feel in each stage of the journey?

  4. Pain Points - Identify what pain points the customer might feel in each stage and think why they might be feeling that way.

  5. Solutions - Brainstorm potential ways to improve buying process.
