However, there is another journey that is very important; your customers'.

Customer Journey Map 🗺
Every customer is different and will have a unique experience buying from you.
You will need to create a Customer Journey Map
Once you have collected enough data from your customers you should sit down and outline the Customer's Journey.
Key Points
The Buying Process - What path do you want the customer to take? Block out stages.
User Actions - What action does the customer do in each stage?
Emotions - What emotions do you think the customer will feel in each stage of the journey?
Pain Points - Identify what pain points the customer might feel in each stage and think why they might be feeling that way.
Solutions - Brainstorm potential ways to improve buying process.
