And there are so many lessons we can learn from them.  

Today we're going to learn from Ghostbusters. 

They had a great idea and opened for business. 

On their first call it was a bit shaky, but they managed to get through it. 

Eventually the calls started rolling in and they had to adjust their plans (i.e hire Winston) 

This leads us to the next step, assessing your plan. 

Step #9 ➑️ Assess Your Plan 

βœ… Do you have enough campaigns to deliver on your metrics?

βœ… Are the targets reasonable? 

βœ… Do you have enough resources to deliver? (Need to hire Winston) 

You don't have to do everything at once. 

Keep it simple, don't over promise and under deliver. 

Have a reasonable goal and a stretch goal. 

You might surprise yourself of what you can achieve!
