Everywhere we look today, data is being used to improve a situation.
Google Maps gives us updates on different routes to Grandma's house.
Strava is giving me input on my last runs and telling me about my heart-rate zone β€οΈ
And Dunkin is alerting me to my next donut reward π©
So much data.
But what are they doing with it?
Maybe building a clone or maybe using the info to shape their business strategies to the segment your in ( I think clone ) π€
And as Jay Z says
Metrics are critical to learning and growing.
Which leads me to Step #5 in your marketing plan.
Step #5 β‘οΈ Define Measurement Framework for Your Goals
π― What are your targets?
π― Milestones?
π― Benchmarks?
π― Conversion rates?
π― Profitability targets?
π― ROI targets?
There are many metrics you can measure, but those are a great place to start!
Keep it simple, review your data and engage your team.
Maybe they are seeing something you're not. π
