And guess what happened?
They were determined to execute their strategy and they WON!

What’s one idea you have’t tested yet?
Website
Check that your pages and links are working.
What can you tweak to make the customer experience even better?
Why would you come to your site?
Email Marketing
How are you engaging your customers?
What’s the frequency? FYI- Minimum should be 1x a week.
Remember out of sight. Out of mind.
Google My Business
Reviews are very important to your business.
Make sure you are getting reviews from every customer.
Create an offer to get a review.
Customer Journey
Who are your customers?
What are your customers’ demographics, preferences and needs?
How are you effectively engaging with them?
Those will get you and your business in a better position to dominate.
Remember only you can prevent forrest fires.
