So it's imperative to have a marketing plan to navigate your business.
No plan = losing money or leaving money on the table. Period.
But, what do I put in the plan? 📃
Today, ask yourself:
✅ How is our market?
✅ Who is the competition?

Be honest.
Do you know everything about your market and competition?
On a scale of 1-10, how is the market you are in?
✅Is the market thriving or surviving?
✅Where do you rank?
✅Who is the competition?
✅Where do you rank amongst them? How come?
Have open conversations with the leadership, employees, significant other and friends that are around your business. 🗣

Your business is in the streets!
And you will get smashed if you don't have a plan!
