Relevant ➑️ I want to grow the website leads to 24 because our team closes 10% more website leads versus local event leads.

Time-bound ➑️ I want to grow the website leads to 24 because our team closes 10% more website leads versus local event leads. I'll reach 24 leads in the next 3 months.

Using the S.M.A.R.T framework you are not asking for ice cream, you are getting that delicious ice cream cone with the sprinkles!
