Which leads us to the next step in your marketing plan, benchmarks. 

Step #12 ➡️ Benchmarks 

✅ What are your benchmarks? 

✅ Are they daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually? 

✅ Write them down and plan accordingly. 

Example:  The last two years, in Q4, we generated $25k in new sales. 

$25k can be your Q4 benchmark

Move to the next one. 

Keep it simple.
