Should you text, use Facebook Messenger, Twitter or Whatsapp? 

Things To Consider

✅ Direct Text: So easy, but you might get lost in the noise of all their other texts. 

✅ Facebook Messenger: Builds trust in your brand and considering the average person spends 35 minutes on Facebook everyday, might be the channel to use. 

✅ Twitter: Respond quickly, save on costs and you can monitor the sentiment of conversations in real-time.  Great way to build your brand reputation by responding in a timely manner. 

✅ Whatsapp:  Easy to text, but also supports images, audio, video and PDFs.  

At the end of the day pick a channel that works best for your business. 

Selling on Facebook? 

Then use Facebook Messenger. 

Selling directly through your website? 

Tell the customer you need their digits so you can respond faster via text. 

Don't know what to do? 

Ask your customers what works best for them!  

Remember simple scales and complexity fails.
